Updates:

• Added new fields for Grades & Assignments and Notes for Family

• Added a second click-to-copy field for the client note

• Added a field for student's name

• Reports in History page will now show student's name and a timestamp

• The Student Note and Client Note are separated in the History page

• Input fields will arrange themselves side by side if the browser window is wide enough
